This fixes the case when 'P:group(NAME)' satisfies 'C:NAME < EVR'
group(NAME) belongs to RPMNS_TYPE_GROUP namespace and 'NAME < EVR'

This should also fix triggers firing on NAME uninstal for packages
providing group(NAME).
