Version: 2.2.1
- soundfont added, so it is not downloaded in the build process
- Qt minimum version requires
- build with system freetype
- disable portmidi - requires libprottime we don't have and not very
useful on Linux

force -fPIC on all platforms
i686 build failed with:
> /usr/include/qt5/QtCore/qglobal.h:1067:4: error: #error "You must build your code with position independent code if Qt was built with -reduce-relocations. " "Compile your code with -fPIC (-fPIE is not enough)."
