- removed applnkdir and pixmapsdir creation - not used anymore in this spec
- added patch to not install html docs with postgresql's Makefiles
- section "l" of manuals removed:
  - the manuals duplicate with section "7"
  - section "l" is not specified in FHS
- do not install manuals manually :-) (they are installed by postgresql's
  Makefiles correctly)
- manuals of section "7" moved to clients subpackage
