- drop obsolete and outdated manual inclusion of rpm macros

updated docs to 20151105 for PHPlot-6.2.0

This is the PHPlot Reference Manual, dated 2015-11-05, and corresponding
to PHPlot-6.2.0.

up to 6.2.0 (2015-11-01), should support PHP-7
