- added xslt-gcc33 patch
- temporarily disabled session-unregister patch (breaks compilation, must be
  updated - but need to check first, if it's still necessary)
- openssl ext changed to builtin (not supported as shared in php 4.3.2)
- NFY, problems with libtool caused by CC mismatch (apache2 vs cgi)
