- added -Dcccdlflags='-fPIC',
- use -Dcc=%%{__cc} instead directly -Dcc=gcc (potentialy this allow build
  perl on axp using ccc),
- removed -Duseshrplib (this disallow compile perl on sparc),
- use conditionaly on sparc -Ud_longdbl,
- added using new rpm automation.
