- fix building OpenGL scope and move to scopes-opengl subpackage

- fix building OpenGL scope and move to scopes-opengl subpackage
- move MAD plugin to separate subpackage (input-mad)
- add readers plugins and separate only curl plugin to subpackage
- move non-OpenGL scopes to scopes-gtk subpackage
- move GTK+ frontend to interaface-gtk subpackage
- add lib subpackage with library for remote control
- add devel subpackage
- add missing dirs to main package
- release 1.1 (flush TODO at top of file and change to next integer)
