new version 0.2.5:
- added _modprob() function for loading kernel modules (baggins),
- fix: added missing include /etc/rc.d/init.d/functions in tnldown, tnlup
  scripts (zagrodzki),
- redirect some not importand error messages to /dev/null in
  functions.network (zagrodzki)
- fixes for handling IPX interfaces: fixed IPXFRAMETYPE (mis).
