- added moreshared patch to build shared libmjpegutils
  (bleh, asm change inside - gcc still doesn't allow using %ebx in PIC)
- added acam patch for current automake
- disabled cmov on <i686 (to generate working i[345]86 packages on i686 builder)
- added BRs
- separated libs package (they have less Requires than programs)
