- added -q %setup parameter,
- changed Buildroot to /tmp/%%{name}-%%{version}-root,
- added using %%{name} and %%{version} in Source,
- added static subpackage,
- removed COPYING* from %doc,
- added full %attr description in %files,
- added striping shared libraries.
