- little fix in cpdf-fix patch (display what should be displayed instead of
  junk), fixed cpdf post/preun
- fixed java module linking, added php_java.jar to -java subpackage
  (where should it go? now it's placed in /usr/lib as originally...)
- changed BR for java to just "jdk >= 1.1" (it can be kaffe, Sun's JDK etc.)
- build ctype,hyperwave,openssl,session as shared modules
  (added patches needed for shared hyperwave,openssl,session;
   added hack to configure to build shared session module without mm support)
- added crack,dbx,dio,mbstring,overload,pcntl modules (shared)
  (mbstring without mbstr-enc-trans, because doesn't work with shared mbstring)
- added warnings to descriptions of experimental modules
