- with --enable-zend-multibyte mbstring needs to be linked static:
  Cannot load /etc/apache/modules/libphp5.so into server: /etc/apache/modules/libphp5.so: undefined symbol: php_mb_set_zend_encoding
  so disable it again (and add bcond)
