- added hack in %build for link with libdb only mod_auth_db (now core apache
  not depends on db and olny mod_auth_db depends on db),
- removed mod_auth_dbm beacause on glibc libndbm this the same as libdb
  (libndbm is symlink to libdb) and both mod_auth_db, mod_auth_dbm provides
  the same functionality,
- added using rpm new automation.
