  11 Problem:    With a Visual block selection, with the cursor in the left upper
  12             corner, pressing "I" doesn't remove the highlighting. (Guopeng
  13             Wen)
  14 Solution:   When checking if redrawing is needed also check if Visual
  15             selection is still active.
