eca46fbb 20SVGATextMode is a utility for reprogramming (S)VGA hardware, which can
21improve the appearance of text consoles. You should install
22SVGATextMode if you want to alter the appearance of your text
23consoles. The utility uses a configuration file (Xconfig or
24XF86Config) to set up textmodes with higher resolution, larger fonts,
25higher display refresh rates, etc.
