pld-relase back in R:

In some setups update-grub is called automatically after upgrade
of kernel, so better have it always working.

This reverts commit 52bee5a68eb05fdfc4ea26bf8b808a07f45964b9.

adapt initial configuration to PLD

move pld-release to suggests as grub2 is usable without grub-mkconfig

add missing R: for package providing /etc/os-release

Command grub-mkconfig ends with error when /etc/os-release is not
present.

platform-efi: S: efibootmgr

efibootmgr is needed by grub-install to add grub entry to the EFI
bootloaders configuration. But grub is usable on EFI platforms without
that too.

Upgrade trigger is needed only for old grub2

Older PLD grub2 packages contained the grub modules in /boot/grub.
After upgrade the installed bootloader would not match the modules
in /boot/grub and fail. When upgrading those old packages to the
new >=2.00 packages the modules in /boot/grub would be completly
missing, causing the same problem.

So the trigger must stay for upgrade from packages <2.00, but is not
needed for future upgrades.

S: grub2-platform-pc

With the R: for grub2-platfom poldek chooses grub2-platform-efi by
default and this is still not what most users want.

grub-mount BR: libfuse-devel.
