- finally nntp patch is removed:

  - several nntp patches are available and we should not force users, to
    use specific one
  - the patch changes default mutt functionality and patching the patch is
    bad idea
  - the nntp patch will never be integrated with mutt (current mutt's
    author statement)
  - the patch is huge
  - finally, mutt is not emacs
