- compile with -fno-exceptions -fno-rtti -fno-implicit-templates (this cuts
  output binary size from ~8.7MB to ~4.5MB .. &#$@!?),
- add ac_fixes patch and added also regenerate ac file (now can be used
  %%configure macro).
