- fix phpize in builddir.patch
- force-cgi-redirect enabled for cgi-like SAPIs
- enable zts mode for all SAPIs
- use php_config.h.fcgi.${sapi} instead of hardcoded CFLAGS
- install SAPI so's using libtool
