pacakge pnp.ids

pnputils pnp.ids is very outdated or something completely different

disable .gz; lshw needs support

revert for now. .pc file specifies plain path

usbutils uses compressed usb.ids.gz

however prefers unpacked version if found:

our pciutils uses compressed pci.ids, compress it here
