- renamed from arcacmd to arcavir
- updated to 2010
- distribution scheme changed (it suck really badly now :( )
- fixed pre/postun scripts
- updated prep/install/files to new distribution scheme
- merged updater with main package (arcaupdate is the only way to get virus databases now)
- removed obsolete patches
