physx does not seem to be compatible

more deps and files for texttospeech

fix build on archs without simd

dynamic instruction set does not seem to be supported in:
- pffft.c inside qtmultimedia (use scalar version)
- qtquick3dphysics whose hard dependency "physx" requires sse2 hence
  disable it entirely
