rename jdbc packages to java-jdbc-*, verbose files

descriptions for libocci.so, liboramysql.so

move libocijdbc to -jdbc package, add library descriptions

conflict before package "split"

put common files of basic/basiclite to base package

always build lite/basic packages, the overlapping files are identical

verbose files to able to identify unpackaged files, package help files for odbc

setup tnsnames.ora as source

precomp/admin/pcscfg.cfg patch is arch dependant, create two patches
