- switch to python3
- drop patches applied upstream
- drop efi-net-fix (as indicated in ticket linked in patch the solution
  caused issues in some cases and alternative one was implemented. not
  ever confirmed if it works fine or not though. let's see then)
- workaround extra_deps.lst missing in tarball
