- spec rewrited for using Buildroot,
- added %clean section,
- added using %%{name} in Source,
- added static subpackage,
- changeded dependences to "Requires: %%{name} = %%{version}" in devel
  subpackage,
- added striping shared libraries,
- added %attr and %defattr macros in %files (allow build package from
  non-root account).
