- added --without-included-gettext to ./configure parameters (smaler binary),
- missing %changelog entry about texinfo-info.patch.

- removed man group from man pages,
- more locales (cs , de_AT, nl, no, ru),
- gzipping %doc
- added /sbin/fix-info-dir.
TODO:
- make useable /sbin/fix-info-dir (fix potential tmp race and add output to
file) script and replace using them /sbin/install-info.
