- handle pgsql rotation; unlike cron and freshclam.log which are also opened
  via syslog by default, but could be changed to files managed by daemons
  itself (which should be reloaded after rotation), there's no such possibility
  (i.e. handling log file and fast server reloading) in this case;
- still doesn't reference audit and ppp log files (ppp package ships ppp.log)
