correctly parse /proc/stat for boottime

added sudo-parse_boottime_properly.patch from Debian
https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=762465

Sudo uses monotonic clock since 1.8.10,
so it may have something to do with the clock reset.

Problem seems to manifest if tty tickets is disabled:
Defaults !tty_tickets
sudo-parse_boottime_properly.patch [new file with mode: 0644] blob
sudo.spec diff | blob | blame | history
Allows command execution as root for specified users
