- removed doc and cf subpackages and added gzipping all neccessary
  documentatio and also install *only* neccessary cf rresources (cut
  from ~800KB to ~300KB) - now we have sendmail in one piece in acceptable
  size.
TODO: stop using NIS directly (and linking with libnsl) - this potentialy
dangerous. Let allow manage user, aliases map information olny throgh NSS
and make ony *one* "enter point" for this kind information to sendmail.
