Cleanup arch specific macros and {c,ld,*}flags

Cut down in content and packaged all arch specific macros as
cpu-os-macros.tar.gz package. Then copied cflags macro structure from
Mandriva macros and complementedted them with our compiler flags and
rpm macros.
