- include also *.mo files symlinked in /usr/share/locale (e.g. LC_TIME -> LC_MESSAGES)
- suppress empty lines by sed scripts instead of additional egrep calls
- sanitized and simplified regexps
- consistency: always include _CC[@modifier] in %lang() tag
