- removed obsolete mnogosearch-update patch
- added db-shared patch to build db (aka old xDBM) extension as shared
- added ncurses,qt,sybase-fix patches
- new modules: fribidi, mime_magic, ncurses, qtdom, readline, sybase, sysvmsg
- enabled all languages in mbstring
- allow building fdf extension (requires non-distributable, x86-only fdftk)
