- release 0.4
- added fastcgi patch (make fastcgi sapi useable)
- added shared patch - build shared libphp_common library and link
libphp4.so and /usr/bin/php to it, this way apache module and php
binary gets _really_ small (based on MDK)
- simplified %%build
- removed rpath from module and binary (it's evil)
