crm_uuid moved to the heartbeat subpackage

This is probably a bug, but adding Requires: to make it work.
Dependency is not auto-detected, as pacemaker loads the library
dynamically.

-manpage_xslt.patch – replace dumb XSL scan

dlm_controld may use Pacemaker for fencing - so it is better Pacemaker

And if clmvd must be running for some Pacemaker resources than that can
be enforced by some Pacemaker rules.
