  openssl (libraries),
  openssl-tools (openssl cmdline tool and scripts)
  openssl-tools-perl (Perl scripts)
- removed rehashing certs from %post, I think it may confuse some
  running apps during openssl-tools upgrade (I'm not sure); and
  seems nobody needs it -- "c_rehash certs" does nothing)
- man pages are installed instead of PODs (this should be a patch for
  Makefile, instead of %build part, TODO)
- adpterized and some cosmetics
