- documentation doesn't require ocaml
- separated new package -- ocaml-runtime with ocamlrun and dll*.so
- also labltk and x11graphics split into base with just dll*.so and -devel
- added -devel subpackage with compiled sources of compiler (required to
  compile some programs)
- added objinfo patch, so objinfo will print out info about .cmx*
- install objinfo as ocamlobjinfo
- release 7
- *NFY*
