- updated to 1.4
- removed cache patch (obsoleted now)
- removed nonneg (its broken and not needed, author of this patch must
read SUSv2 and understand libtool)
- ltconfig is gone
- libltdl source in libltdl-devel subpackage
  (in order to 'libtoolize --ltdl' work correct)
