RT variant added

CONFIG_PREEMPT_RT patch for fully preemptible kernel, required for low
latencies.

Note: some patches are disabled when building the rt kernel, as they
fail compilation with -Werror=incompatible-pointer-types. Probably all
of those errors are patch bugs, which should be fixed for the regular
kernel too.
