  - fixed SUPPORTED patching (some changes were missing - why patching didn't fail?)
  - new locales: be_BY@tarask (replacing be_BY@alternative),
    ary_MA@latin, cbk_IQ, kg_CD, sgs_LT
  - dropped hi_IN.ISCII variant (current currency symbol not included in charset)
- added new locale dirs: be@tarask (replacing be@alternative), ckb, kg
