- updated to 9.54.0
- global -DA4 replaced by a4 patch (which adds -DA4 only to base components); global -DA4 breaks internal tesseract
- added tiff patch (disable libdeflate in internal libtiff, fixes linking)
- build with system openjpeg2 by default
