- added issing-top_builddir patch which adds "top_builddir = @top_builddir@"
  in po/Makefile.in.in ($(top_builddir) is used in thi this file but nowhere
  defined and without this run make in gettextized project po/ directory
  fails with not finding config.status in "/",
- added no_docs patch which removes docs/Makefile.am targets for
  generate ps, dvi documentation (all this stuff is autogenerated by automake)
  and also html (better will be remove this and start talks on adding this kind
  targets with automake people).
