- updated to 2.0.17

- gif patch manually updated, removed obsolete gif-am patch
- removed obsolete freetype_includes patch (already in sources)
- added FreeFontCache-alias patch to preserve binary compat with 2.0.15
  (and avoid e.g. php segfaults)
