- '#' is not rpm comment. It does not prevent macros from being expanded. Use
  %if 0 ... %endif instead.
- There is no need to comment out subpackage declaration/description/scriptlets
  It is enough to comment out %files section for given subpackage.
- GPL License version.
- some adapterization.
