- add --with-repository=/var/lib/dgee

- add --with-repository=/var/lib/dgee
- install some forgoten files (should be done in Makefile)
- install /var/log/dgee and /var/log/archiv/dgee directories
- install /var/lib/dgee/{data,index} directories; Makefile install
  /var/lib/dgee/datadir directory; I don't know which one (data or datadir)
  is really needed (http://www.dotgnu.org/dgee-samples.html)
- add initscript (not tested, not finished)
- rel 0.1.4 - ready for tests
