- removed cdroms and discs dirs with broken perms (they were even unable to enter to)
- /dev/fb* readable only for video group
  (SECURITY FIX: it was possible to read fb console contents and perform some ioctls on it
  by ordinary, even remotely logged in, user)
- release 34
