- readded console.sh script

- readded console.sh script
- fixed default settings in console.sysconfig (#118):
  + consolechars now uses glibc charmaps as ACMs since the ACM files from
  console-data are wrongly interpreted and are obsoleted in 0.3.x
  + changed default font to the real iso-8859-2 one
- added 'Requires: localedb-src' (for glibc charmaps)
- fixed some bashisms in the console.init file (#117)
