- added static subpackage (added --enable-static to autoconf parameters),

- added static subpackage (added --enable-static to autoconf parameters),
- added using more macros (%%configure2_13) and DESTDIR style %install,
- added correct %pos/%postun,
- simplification in %files adn correct separation resources to main and
  devel subpackage).
NOTE: probaby this pacjge isn't correctly portable (depending on target
platform passed to autocionf script).
