- added -q %setup parameter,
- changed Buildroot to /tmp/%%{name}-%%{version}-root,
- added using %%{name} and %%{version} in Source,
- removed %postun,
- added pl translation,
- simplification in %install and %files,
- added %attr and %defattr macros in %files (allow build package from
  non-root account).
