- updated to 2.53, updated info,mawk,fhs,version patches
  (one more change in fhs patch: sharedstatedir=/var/lib not /usr/com)
- removed outdated man patch (they were even not used)
  - man pages are provided in sources (shorter, but up to date)
- use rpm-perlprov to generate perl dependencies
- use DEVEL branch now
