- moved aspell dictionaries to /usr/share/aspell,

- moved aspell dictionaries to /usr/share/aspell,
- added stripping shared libraries,
- "manke install" with using $DESTDIR,
- added using $RPM_OPT_FLAGS in CXXFLAGS on compile time,
- added /usr/bin/ispell symplink to aspell,
- added gzipping %doc,
- added Provides and Obsoletes ispell (asspel is full replacement ispell but
  much faster and beter).

TODO: polish dictionary.
